Our 9 acres long farm, located in the fertile land of Zefyria, supplies our kitchen with fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables every day. Aromatic herbs, tomatoes, cucumbers, celery, eggplants, onion, garlic, potatoes, peppers, zucchini, greens, beets, beans, melons etc.

We cultivate the land with love and passion. The crops follow the cycle of the seasons and the natural processes of nature without the use of pesticides.

We produce local products of Milos allowing the natural flavors to develop and create a truly authentic taste to our dishes.
In our farm we raise hens, roosters and a few goats that supply us with fresh organic eggs and dairy products.

When our production is not sufficient to meet the needs of our restaurant we purchase fresh ingredients from the local market of the island.
